IKEA Indonesia Collaborates with Duitin to Encourage Community Enthusiasm for Environmental Sustainability

One way we can demonstrate our responsibility to the environment is by taking preventative measures in waste management. In this regard, IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan (KBP) collaborated with Duitin to establish a Recycling Zone at the IKEA KBP store. This initiative aims to encourage and inspire the community to preserve the environment.

IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan Store Manager, Diva Yohanna said, "The sustainability program is one of the values ​​implemented by IKEA, including for IKEA products. We realize that the sustainability aspect is the responsibility of every element, from ourselves to business actors. As a concrete step, IKEA Social Entrepreneurship BV collaborates with 10 innovative social entrepreneurs in Indonesia to make this happen. Duitin is one of the social entrepreneurs who have participated in the first wave of the Instellar & IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Indonesia Accelerator (I-SEA) program. By collaborating with Duitin, we want the public to be more aware of the importance of protecting this earth for a better sustainable life in the future."
