IKEA Indonesia Strengthens Commitment to Consumer Protection through Ministry of Trade Workshop

IKEA Indonesia accepted an invitation to serve as a guest speaker at the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Trade Compliance of the Ministry of Trade's event, “Workshop: Optimizing Circulating Goods Supervision and Consumer Protection Efforts in the Digital Age,” with the theme “Corrective Measures to Protect Consumers.” The event was held on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Pullman Hotel Jakarta. Representatives of business associations and trade agencies from all provinces in Indonesia attended the event. On this occasion, IKEA Indonesia was represented by Kerniawati Sjarief, PR&C Manager, as a speaker. This participation represents a positive achievement that strengthens IKEA Indonesia's reputation and positioning at the government level.
