Digital PMO Associate

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a PMO, Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong skills in business requirement gathering, BRD, functional requirements, and process analysis.
• Experienced in UAT, project tracking, issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and project management tools is a plus.
• Experience in retail, digital business, or commercial operations is preferred.

Job Description:

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Translate business needs into functional requirement.
• Analyze current business process, design future-start workflows, and document process improvement.
• Support project planning and execution.
• Track project milestones, timeline and risks.
• Coordinate project documentation and budgeting.
• Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate business testing, track issues and defects & validate business readiness before Go Live.
• Business Performance Tracking (Define project success KPI's, monitor post-launch, measure business impact, conduct post implementation reviews).
• Gather user feedback, build enhancement backlog, recommend optimization opportunities.
• Support roadmap prioritization, BRD Quality and Project delivery support.
• On time UAT Completion, and benefits realization.
• Stakeholder satisfaction (digital business , commercial, store operations, marketing, and other related deptartment).
• Document Accuracy.
